Payment Methods

All prices on this website are in Australian dollars.
We only accept payments via Paypal, Bank Deposit, local pickup and Australia Post Money Orders.

***Please Note - We prefer payment to be made within 7 days of purchase, after this time a payment reminder will be sent, if payment still hasn’t been made after 14 days your order will be cancelled and items will be returned to stock.  However, please contact us if you are unable to pay within this time frame, so we can arrange other options.***

Shipping

Your items will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment and will be sent via regular post.  Please find our shipping rates below. 

Australia Wide Shipping Rates 

Total weight of your order is under 250grams = $4.95
The total weight of your order is between 250grams & 500grams = $6.60
         The total weight of your order is over 500grams = Depends on buyer location (Correct postal charges should display when going through checkout)

If the value of your order (excluding shipping) is over $100.00, shipping is free.

If you wish your to have your order sent via registered post, which is highly recommended, the option is available when going through checkout.

Out of Stock Policy

Every care is made to ensure stock quantities on our website are correct, however occasionally due to a stock count error, we may not be able to supply the item purchased.  If this does occur, you will be given the following options:-

• A full refund on the item not available.
• A credit for the item not available, which can be used immediately or at a later date for other items in our store.
• Placing the item on backorder and waiting for new stock to arrive.

We will contact you if this does happen, for you to choose your preferred option.

Pre-Order Information

• Pre-order items are items that are not currently kept in stock, so they have to be ordered in, which could take up to 14 days.   Customers will be notified as soon as stock arrives and items will be shipped straight away (providing full payment has been made).
• Please place all pre-order items on a separate order to in stock items, otherwise your order will be held back until the pre-order stock arrives.
• All pre-orders need to be fully paid, before they will be shipped.

 Refund Policy

Beary Crafty Collections will only accept returns on faulty products and items that have been supplied incorrectly, we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.

 Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason for return and whether you would like a refund, store credit or exchange.

Refunds will only be given on items that are still in their original packaging and are undamaged. Sorry we are unable to refund shipping costs at this time.

International

We are currently shipping orders to the following countries - United States, United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. 

We only accept payments via paypal. 

All orders are sent via Air Mail and accurate shipping costs for these countries should automatically be displayed when going through checkout, please contact us if this does not occur.

If you require your order to be sent via express or registered post, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote before paying for your order.
